Global Cuisine

Whilst staying in Cornwall, Chloe came with me to their rather excellent and very local Thai supermarket to buy ingredients for the adult dinner, she was then really upset that she wasn't getting Thai - got into a total grump and swore she'd have a week of Thai food when we got home. Not that she'd eaten much of A's cooking there - I bought her lunches out and she largely had pasta and pesto in the evening.

This morphed into a week for each country looking at the foods from different countries. Obviously she needs Marcus' help with the execution but cooking is a passion of his so he was very much up for that!

She has made Passports for us (inspired by my friend's children's school day visiting different countries (classrooms) and getting their passports stamped in each country), with sections saying "What I Ate in Itily" (sic).

I plan to add country specific information - she has already found her countries for us to visit on the globe :-).
